Stitch count is calculated by our digitizing software which determines the exact number of stitches needed. The final count is shown in your design file and used to calculate your price at $1.88 per 1000 stitches.
The minimum charge is $5 (2,660 stitches). You can order just one design — you only pay for the actual stitch count.
Reasonable adjustments to our designs are free. For designs digitized elsewhere, editing is charged at $1.88 per additional 1000 stitches.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment system, plus PayPal, company check, or bank wire transfer. Payment instructions provided with your invoice.
Payment is required before we deliver your final embroidery files. For new customers or large orders, we may require payment before starting.
